چکیده
The research mainly focuses on the fatigue strength characteristics of 6061-T6 aluminum alloy fillet welds under different vibration frequencies. Firstly, by introducing Stress Life Curve (S-N Curve) and Probability (P-S-N Curve), external stress effects main load-bearing points in environment welded joints are analyzed. Subsequently, a test control system is designed to analyze relationship between frequency through nominal analysis hot spot analysis. findings revealed that method, P-S-N fitting curve showed declining trend with an increase life for variation curves survival rates 50 %, 95 97.7 % at frequencies 57.5 Hz, 67.5 77.5 Hz. At same rate conditions, formed resonance was smaller, state relatively lower. There certain correlation strength, corresponding low life. This result helps reveal behavior stresses, providing reference structural safety design components.

Feasibility study of friction stir welding of 6061-T6 aluminium alloy with AISI 1018 steel
The present work demonstrates that friction stir welding (FSW) is a feasible route for joining 6061 aluminium (Al) alloy to AISI 1018 steel. The weld has a good weld quality and is free of cracks and porosity. The tensile failure happened at the boundary between the nugget and thermomechanically affected zone of the base Al alloy, indicating that the weld has a higher joining strength. Despite ...
متن کاملWelding Aluminum Alloy 6061 with Opposing Dual Torch Gtaw Process
Cracking is a major concern in welding aluminum alloys. Although weld solidification cracks can be eliminated through addition of filler alloy, the additives modify the alloy or base-metal constituents and may not always be desirable. High-energy beam processes, such as electron-beam welding, that result in minimal heat input reduce crack sensitivity, but their high cost limits their applicatio...
متن کاملTwo-dimensional Mapping of Residual Strains in 6061-t6 Aluminum Alloy Friction Stir Welds
The residual strain profiles were measured through the thickness of friction-stir welded (FSW) plates using neutron diffraction to study the relationship between the angular distortion and the residual strain distribution. Three different weld specimens were prepared from a 6061-T6 aluminum alloy with the purpose of separating the effects of the frictional heat and plastic deformation on the re...

-s 211 WELDING JOURNAL ABSTRACT. Laser beam welding (LBW) has become common practice in the production lines of several industrial sectors including the electronics, domestic appliances, and automotive industries. The advantages of LBW over conventional fusion welding processes (mainly GMAW and GTAW) is the lower welding heat input and smaller weld pool and HAZ dimensions, which are associated ...
متن کاملImproved Microstructure and Properties of 6061 Aluminum Alloy Weldments Using a Double-Sided Arc Welding Process
Due to its popularity and high crack sensitivity, 6061 aluminum alloy was selected as a test material for the newly developed double-sided arc welding (DSAW) process. The microstructure, crack sensitivity, and porosity of DSAW weldments were studied systematically. The percentage of fine equiaxed grains in the fully penetrated welds is greatly increased. Residual stresses are reduced. Porosity ...
